- a way of making sense of how to take advantage of the opportunities, by
focusing on services and processes which will enable people to deliver great
customer experiences that customers will value.
BPM begins with the realization
that competitive advantage and success come from a leadership and business
vision of the services and business processes needed to deliver the products,
services and 'great customer experiences' that will deliver more value for
customers than other competitors.
The starting point therefore is a
Leadership approach through which the Board and Senior Management Team think
through together the Business Vision and Strategy which:
