Awards Registration Form

By clicking this link you will be taken to the Global Awards for Excellence in BPM and Workflow Registration Page. In order to register a Case Study for submission you will need to first be registered in the BPM Focus server (as the nominator the form will remember your details). You will be asked for details of the Nominee and any other organizations that should be recognized in the submission process. You will also have the opportunity to upload your submission if it is available.

If you intend submitting an entry (but it is not yet ready), we encourage you to register early so that we can start working with you to ensure your submission is as good as it can be, and to help with any issues you may encounter. You will then be sent a unique link to update your Case Study submission when it is ready.

After entering the details about your Case Study, you will be taken to the Future Strategies web site to pay the $300 Registration Fee using their secure payment facilities (fee covers administration costs associated with the Awards Program).
